Apulian quality and excellence
Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from 100% Italian olives, carefully selected and processed using the cold-pressing method. We use a state-of-the-art system that allows us to control the temperature throughout the entire production cycle, preserving the fruit's properties during processing and producing an oil with very low acidity.
Our product is therefore rich in Vitamin E which slows down cell oxidation and helps maintain normal LDL cholesterol levels in the blood.
