Puglia is one of the leading regions in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil: the mild climate, favorable for olive cultivation, organic fertilization, and the harvesting, storage, and pressing of the olives are carried out rigorously, following the specifications issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
