Description

Carefully selected bulbs, hand-processed and preserved in extra virgin olive oil according to Apulian tradition. The lampascioni (wild hyacinth bulbs), known for their slightly bitter taste, are cleaned one by one, blanched in water and vinegar, and finally jarred with a bay leaf to enhance their aroma.
