Our Multivarietal extra virgin olive oil is obtained by pressing Coratina, Leccino and Ogliarola cultivars. It is an oil designed for daily use on the tables of our customers and which appeals to all palates, satisfying different culinary needs.
Organoleptic properties: well-balanced taste with a slight spicy flavour and hints of ripe tomato.
Pairing suggestions: use in everyday cooking to enhance dishes that are not too flavoursome and thus add value to the dish.
