The Peranzana olive is a variety of olive cultivated in northern Apulia, mainly in the area of San Severo and the province of Foggia. It is characterised by an absolute balance between its balanced, sweet flavour and the intensity of its fruitiness perceivable with an olfactory examination.
Organoleptic properties: the 100% Peranzana oil has a balanced medium fruity taste with hints of artichoke, green tomato and a light aftertaste of fresh almonds.
Pairing suggestions: grilled vegetables, white meat, salad.
