Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from 100% Italian olives selected and processed according to the cold extraction method. We work using state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to control the temperature throughout the entire production cycle to safeguard the properties of the fruit during processing and obtain an oil with very low acidity.
Our product is therefore rich in Vitamin E, which slows down cell oxidation and helps maintain normal LDL cholesterol levels in the blood.
